The problem

Mid-sized teams were juggling attendance on spreadsheets, payroll in standalone desktop apps, and onboarding on email. Nothing talked to anything else and compliance was an annual scramble.

Our approach

    Ran a two-week discovery with HR leads at three pilot companies to map the real payroll → attendance → performance loop.

  2. 02

    Shipped a modular product — attendance, payroll, reviews, and onboarding as independent but composable apps on a shared identity and audit layer.

  3. 03

    Built region-aware payroll rules (PK, KSA, UAE) with a rules DSL so new markets don't need engineering.

The outcome

MiniHRM now powers HR ops at 20+ companies, replacing an average of 4 legacy tools per customer and cutting payroll runtime from days to minutes.
